The National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC) is proud to celebrate this year’s Language Access Award recipients, recognizing an exceptional individual and organization for their leadership, dedication, and contributions to language access.


Their dedication to language access advocacy has had a profound impact, helping ensure equitable services for people nationwide who use languages other than English. Join us as we celebrate their achievements at the 2026 NCIHC Language Access Congress, taking place September 24–26 in Providence, RI!
We’re planning an exciting and engaging program, including:
- Keynote Speaker: Lisa Diamond, M.D. MPH, MHS, FACP, Associate Attending, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Dept. of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Dept. of Medicine
- 21 workshops, presentations, and panel discussions
